Yet again the inquest has been put back. A new date will now be set on 20th May this year.
After being refused Legal Aid to fund a Soliciter and Barrister at the inquest, we have set up an appeal fund to help pay towards their expenses after they have both agreed to represent us for free (please see Echo report below) . This is something we did not want to do, as we do not like asking the public for money, that should be provided anyway, but we will stop at nothing to get justice for Andrew.
Any money donated no matter how small will be greatly appreciated. It will be used to pay for three or four days in Liverpool for accomodation, travel, taxi's etc.

THE family of murdered Liverpool teenager Andrew Jones will be represented at his inquest by a top London solicitor.
Harriet Wistritch is also working for the family of Brazilian John Charles de Menezes, the man shot dead after the Metropolitan police mistook him for a terrorist.
Andrew’s parents Christine and Andrew were desperate for legal representation at the hearing, but feared they would not be able to afford it.
But now Ms Wistritch has offered her services for free as has Manchester barrister Mark George.
Andrew, 18, of Cherry Lane, Walton, died after being punched in a drunken attack in the city centre in March 2003. He fell and hit his head on the pavement.
The killer has never been brought to justice.
His family have launched an appeal – the Andrew Jones Justice Appeal Fund – to help raise the money to pay the travelling expenses for both legal representatives for the three-day inquest.
Ms Wistritch has been involved with the Jones family for three years.
Ms Wistritch said a motion had been put forward by Clubmoor councillor Ben Williams to seek council and police support.
Andrew’s father, also Andrew, of Cherry Lane, Walton, said: “Right from when Andrew was murdered, we have had to fight to try and get some kind of justice.
“We are very pleased to be getting legal representation.
“We have also had a lot of contact from people, particular through the websites of Everton Football Club, offering to donate money.
“We are very grateful for everybody’s help.”
